We hold a prior meeting to review the script, timeline and ceremony to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our team acts in strategic areas, coordinating suppliers, supervising the setup (which can take days) and supporting the couple throughout the event. The bride and groom have their Personal Bride and Personal Groom assistants, and the parents receive dedicated helpers for total comfort. On the big day, our team has at least 10 assistants, ensuring the flawless execution of each stage.
